By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions on the Affiliate application, you confirm that you have thoroughly read and agree to the terms set forth in this document.
Enrollment in Our Affiliate Program
To start the enrollment process, submit an application on our website with your contact information, PayPal payment email, and a short description of how you plan to promote us. Filling out the Affiliate application does not guarantee approval — the site Owner has the right to approve or reject any application at their discretion.
If approved, a confirmation email will be sent. Your Affiliate account must be approved before you can earn referrals.
Account Termination
The site Owner has full right to terminate any user's Affiliate status for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion.
Affiliate Link
Each Affiliate is assigned a unique Affiliate Link upon account approval. This link — along with visit data — can be viewed on the Affiliate Portal dashboard.
When an Affiliate's link is clicked, a referral tracking cookie is tied to that customer. The cookie expires after 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase after 30 days without clicking the link again, no commission will be earned.
If the customer clicks the link again within 30 days, the cookie resets and the Affiliate will be credited for any resulting purchase. If multiple Affiliates refer the same customer, the last affiliate to refer the customer receives the commission.
Discount Code
If an Affiliate is promoting a specific product or category, a discount code may be provided via email. The email will include the code along with all products it applies to. The discount percentage is set by the site Owner and may vary.
The code is tied to the Affiliate's account and is visible in the Affiliate Portal. If a customer was not referred via the Affiliate's link, the customer must use the discount code at checkout for the Affiliate to receive a commission. If the Affiliate's link was not used and the discount code was not applied, no commission will be credited.
Commission and Payment
The base commission percentage for all Affiliates is 15% of the referral's sale, applied to all purchasable products on the site. The 15% is calculated from the final sale price after any discounts are applied.
A different base commission percentage may be agreed upon prior to or following the approval of an Affiliate's account. Product- or category-specific commission rates may also be arranged. The Affiliate's commission percentage is subject to change over time based on total referral sales and performance.
Payout Schedule
Commission payments are processed via PayPal on a bi-weekly basis, using the PayPal email associated with the Affiliate's account. The payout schedule is subject to change at the discretion of the site Owner — all Affiliates will be notified via email if any changes are made.
Free Product Licensing Agreement
Free software licensing may be granted to Affiliates to provide a hands-on experience with our products. Unless a different agreement has been made with the site Owner, products will be licensed free of charge for 3 months.
To retain a lifetime license, the Affiliate must sell at least twice the total cost of the free licensed product(s) within that 3-month period.
If the Affiliate does not meet the sales requirement, the free product license(s) will expire. The Affiliate may continue referring sales and will not lose their Affiliate status. Continued free software licensing after the 3-month expiration can be discussed with the site Owner.
