Describe your idea
Use the chat button in the bottom right corner of any page and tell us what you want built. During business hours we can talk it through in real time and help you scope it.
Get a free quote
Projects expected to take under 10 hours get a fixed quote. Larger projects are quoted with a plus or minus 20% adjustment window.
Pay the invoice
Invoices are sent through PayPal. Smaller projects are paid in advance. Larger projects can be paid in increments, with the balance due on completion, before the code is delivered.
Delivery and support
You receive your finished NinjaScript for NinjaTrader Desktop, and the work is covered by our one-year bug fix guarantee.
What to Include in Your Quote Request
The clearer the request, the more accurate the quote. A good request usually covers:
- What you want built: an indicator, a strategy, a drawing tool, an order execution tool or a Market Analyzer column.
- The exact rules, written step by step: what has to be true for a signal, an alert, an entry or an exit.
- The chart setup: the instrument, the bar type (for example minute, tick, Renko or range) and every time frame involved.
- A screenshot of a chart marked up with where signals should appear, if you have one.
- If you want an existing indicator changed, its name and where it came from.
- How you want to be notified, if alerts are part of it: popup, sound, email or text message.
Common Questions
Which platform do you develop for?
Custom development is done exclusively on NinjaTrader Desktop (NinjaTrader 8). We cannot guarantee that custom work will stay compatible with future versions of NinjaTrader.
Can you change an indicator I already have?
Often, yes. We take on modifications as well as brand-new ideas. Tell us which indicator it is and what you want changed, and we will let you know what is possible.
Will you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement?
Yes. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement if you provide one.
Are programming invoices refundable?
No. Custom programming invoices are non-refundable, so please ask any questions about your project before paying. The full policies are on the Programming Terms of Service page, and you can start on the Request a Quote page.
