Information Collection and Use

The types of personal information we collect include name, contact information, and identification information. Credit card and PayPal information is used for billing purposes only. This information is used to aid in providing various products and services to our customers. We also collect information when you use our software's AI features; see AI Trading System Builder below.

AI Trading System Builder

AI Trading System Builder, inside Enhanced Chart Trader, sends what you type to our server so our AI can build your signal. This section explains what we keep, why we keep it, and who else sees it.

What We Keep

Your requests and our replies: what you type in the builder, the AI's reply, and the system it built. We also keep requests we could not answer, for example one sent after the daily limit was reached.

What you were working with: when you ask for a change, the system already in the builder. We also keep the names of the indicators and plots on your chart, so the AI can use them in your system.

The systems you add to your chart, and what you changed from the AI's version before adding it.

How you use the builder: events such as opening the builder, asking the AI, how long the answer took and whether it loaded, editing a system, adding it to your chart, choosing it in Signal Entry, arming and disarming, the first signal and the first order it sends while armed, using the guide or tour, closing the window, and errors. With each one we keep the time, your Enhanced Chart Trader version and the name you gave the system.

Your chart's instrument and timeframe, for example "ES 12-26, 5 Minute", and your license email, which ties all of this to your account.

What We Do Not Collect

The builder does not send us your account names or numbers, balances, positions, prices, fills, order quantities or profit and loss. For orders, we record only that an armed signal sent one, whether it was long or short, whether an ATM Strategy was attached, and how many were sent while the signal was armed. For errors, we record only the type of error, never its message or any file path from your computer. We do not store your internet (IP) address with your requests or usage. We use it, with your license email, to confirm that your license was checked from the same network in the last 7 days and to count daily use.

Why We Keep It

To answer your request and tell you what changed; to check your license and apply the daily limits; to help you when you contact us, since we can see what you asked, what the AI built and where it went wrong; and to improve the product, for example which requests the AI gets wrong, which settings customers change after it builds, where people get stuck, and errors that affect more than one customer.

Who Else Sees It

Our AI provider: to produce each answer, we send your request, the earlier messages in that builder conversation, the system you are changing, the list of building blocks the builder can use, and the names of the indicators on your chart to our AI provider, currently Anthropic. We do not send your email address or license details with it. The provider handles it under its own terms for business customers.

Reviews of overall use: to decide what to improve, we may send usage totals and recent requests, with email addresses removed, to our AI provider for a summary.

Our team: people at Affordable Indicators who support customers or work on the product can read your builder conversations and systems. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Send to our team: if you press Send to our team in the builder, we receive what you wrote in the question box, your recent conversation with the AI, the system as it is in the builder, any Check signal notes, your chart's instrument and time frame, and your license email. Our support team reads it to help you and may send a system back, which you open yourself. Nothing on your chart changes and nothing is armed. It is sent only when you press Send. Please keep passwords and account numbers out of the question. We keep these for 12 months. Your question also starts a help chat conversation with us, which we keep like any other support conversation.

How Long We Keep It

We keep builder records, including what you send with Send to our team, for 12 months and then delete them, or sooner if you ask us to.

Your Choices

Keep personal information out of your requests and system names; the builder does not need it. Building and editing systems by hand does not use the AI and sends nothing to our AI provider. To ask what we keep about you, to correct it or to ask us to delete it, email admin@affordableindicators.com or use our Contact page, and include your license email.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website directly. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content.

Emails We Send You

When our website emails you (order receipts, account and sign-in emails, free-trial emails, and replies from our team), we keep a record of it: the address, the subject, when it was sent, and whether it was delivered, opened, or a link in it was clicked. Our email provider, Resend, reports these to us. We also keep a copy of what the email said, with sign-in and password links removed, so our team can see exactly what you received when you ask us for help. We do not keep the IP address or device used to open an email or click a link. Only our own team can see these records. We keep them for 400 days and then delete them, and we delete them sooner if you ask us to remove your personal data (admin@affordableindicators.com).

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies for your convenience. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies — this cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we set cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days; screen options cookies last for a year. Selecting "Remember Me" extends your login to two weeks.

SMS & Text Messaging

General

If you tick the box to get texts from us, you agree to receive recurring automated account and marketing text messages from Affordable Indicators, Inc. at the mobile number you gave us: updates about your account (orders, licenses, trials and software updates) and offers. When you opt in, we send one text to confirm it. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided when you opted in or any other number that you designate.

Message frequency varies and may be sent periodically based on your interaction with our services. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Marketing messages may include abandoned shopping cart reminders.

Your Mobile Number

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text opt-in with anyone for their own marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The only company that receives your number for texting is the provider that delivers our messages (Twilio), and only to deliver them. The full messaging terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After sending "STOP" we will confirm your unsubscription and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, reply START or sign up again as you did the first time.

Transfer of Number

Before changing or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you must either reply "STOP" from the original number or notify us at admin@affordableindicators.com. This is a condition of using this service.

Messaging Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time and to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued enrollment constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
