If your firm is on Rithmic
One connection at a time, out of the box. Save as many firms as you like, but NinjaTrader Desktop runs one Rithmic connection at a time — here is why. Most prop firms are on Rithmic, which is why this catches so many traders out. Holding several open at once is what our add-on is for.
If your firm is on Tradovate
Connect as many as you like, natively. Tradovate has never had the one-at-a-time restriction, so multiple Tradovate accounts run side by side with nothing installed. If every firm you trade is on Tradovate, you do not need our add-on and we will say so.
The provider columns share the website database used by Find My Firm. Documented means published provider evidence is linked and dated below; Catalog-listed identifies an existing catalog record awaiting a current source check. The setup notes explain the NinjaTrader route, account requirements and any custom-system steps.
Use the provider shown in your account dashboard or connection email. Username punctuation is not a reliable rule across firms. A firm can offer Rithmic while publishing its standard NinjaTrader setup through Tradovate.
