Does WildFunded Work With NinjaTrader?

No. WildFunded does not issue Rithmic or Tradovate credentials, and those are the connections NinjaTrader 8 ships for prop firm accounts. As of 14 September 2026 there is no route from a WildFunded account into NinjaTrader Desktop.
WildFunded runs one trading platform, BlackArrow, offered as a desktop app, a browser app and a phone app. The credentials the firm emails after payment are for its own member’s dashboard and data feed, and those are the details that go into BlackArrow; inside BlackArrow you then pick a connection the firm has named after itself. We downloaded 15 pages of wildfunded.com on 14 September 2026 — homepage, platform page, help centre, terms, academy pages and a product page — and searched each one for “Rithmic” and “Tradovate”. Neither is offered on any page we read; the only matches for “rithmic” were the letters sitting inside the word “algorithmic”.
That is the whole answer. What follows is what WildFunded does run, why NinjaTrader 8 cannot reach it, and what your options are if NinjaTrader is the part you actually care about.
What WildFunded runs on
- BlackArrow — the only trading platform on offer, in three forms: desktop (“Download the app on your PC”), web and mobile. The site spells it variously Blackarrow, BlackArrow and, in the navigation, “Blackarrow Tecnology”.
- Nelogica — named by WildFunded as its “partner and technology provider” behind BlackArrow.
- One set of credentials, issued by email — the help centre says your payment confirmation email carries the logins for your member’s dashboard and “Data Feed Provider”, and that you sign in to BlackArrow with those same credentials. A second block on the same page says instead that support will send you a free license key if you message them. Both are published as written, so treat either as possible; if nothing lands in your inbox, support@wildfunded.com is the address.
- The connection inside the platform is called “Wildfunded” — step three of the firm’s own setup reads “Use the Wildfunded Server Conection in Blackarrow” (their spelling). There is no gateway or server name to type in.
- Market data — during the evaluation phase, the firm says a non-professional trader gets free Level I, top of book, on CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX. It publishes no separate data statement for live accounts.
- No feed or platform choice at checkout — the product pages carry no platform or data-feed selector. Evaluations, direct accounts and live accounts all arrive at the same single route.
- Third-party platforms — none are offered on any page we read, Rithmic and Tradovate included. NinjaTrader turns up once, as a neutral dictionary entry in the firm’s trading glossary that defines the platform for readers, with no claim about WildFunded attached to it.
Why NinjaTrader 8 cannot reach it
NinjaTrader Desktop reaches an account through the connection types on its own list — Rithmic, Tradovate and the rest. You pick one, then enter the credentials your firm issued for it. BlackArrow is not on that list, and a BlackArrow login is what WildFunded issues.
That is a fact about NinjaTrader’s connection list, not a fault in WildFunded. Running your own platform end to end is a perfectly ordinary choice, and a firm that has made it has no reason to issue anything else. It does mean there is nothing here for us to walk you through, and we would rather say so than dress it up.
One more thing worth knowing if NinjaTrader’s automation is the draw: WildFunded’s help centre states that “the use of computer programs for automated trading is prohibited”, and its published rules also restrict the use of third-party automation software.
What you can do instead
If WildFunded suits you otherwise, use what it provides — BlackArrow on desktop, web or mobile, with its charting, order-flow and risk tools. On copying, the firm’s published rules split two ways: it says traders are not permitted to copy trade one another, while copying across your own evaluation and Wild Live accounts is something it offers through a paid monthly BlackArrow add-on, the Replicator, which the firm says runs only on the Windows version. Its rulebook governs all of this, and it also covers points worth reading before you pay — its position on VPNs and proxies, overnight positions, the activation fee on live accounts, and refunds — so go through the terms yourself.
If NinjaTrader 8 specifically is what you want, with your workspace, your indicators and your chart templates, then the practical route is an account with a firm that issues Rithmic or Tradovate credentials, since those are connections NinjaTrader 8 ships. Our list of prop firms that work with NinjaTrader sets out which firms issue what, so you can check before you pay for an evaluation.
If this changes
We checked wildfunded.com on 14 September 2026 — homepage, platform page, help centre, terms and product pages — and found BlackArrow throughout, with no mention of Rithmic or Tradovate. Firms do change platform partners, so if you are reading this some months on, ask support@wildfunded.com directly whether they now issue Rithmic or Tradovate credentials. If that answer changes, we will update this page.
