Programming Terms of Service
Standard procedures and policies for custom NinjaScript projects.
Please review the following terms of service before submitting a programming quote request. If anything is unclear, feel free to reach out via the chat button on any page — we're happy to answer questions before you commit to a project.
Refund Policy
All custom programming invoices are non-refundable. If you are unclear about anything related to your project, please ask questions before paying the invoice.
Payment Method
We send invoices via PayPal, which is compatible with almost any other form of payment.
Open Source Code Delivery
For smaller projects around $960 or less, payment is required in advance to begin working. For more advanced projects, payment in increments is acceptable, with a complete payment upon completion prior to code delivery.
Bug Fixes
We use strict programming and testing methods. Our work is guaranteed for one year underneath this policy.
Compatibility & Non-Disclosure
We cannot guarantee compatibility of our work with future versions of NinjaTrader. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement if one is provided.
How Quotes Work
Consultations and quotes are free. Projects expected to take under 10 hours get a fixed quote. Larger projects are quoted with a plus or minus 20% adjustment window. The quickest way to start is the chat button in the bottom right corner of any page: during business hours we can talk your idea through in real time and help you scope it. All custom work is built for NinjaTrader Desktop (NinjaTrader 8). See NinjaTrader Programming for the kinds of projects we build.
What to Include in Your Quote Request
The clearer the request, the more accurate the quote. A good request usually covers what you want built (an indicator, a strategy, a drawing tool, an order execution tool or a Market Analyzer column); the exact rules, written step by step, for every signal, alert, entry and exit; the chart setup, meaning the instrument, the bar type and every time frame involved; a chart screenshot marked up with where signals should appear, if you have one; and, if you want an existing indicator changed, its name and where it came from. When you are ready, send it from the Request a Quote page.
