How reviews work here

The reviews on this page come from Trustpilot, an independent review site. Customers write them on Trustpilot, not on our website, and we can reply to a review but cannot edit it. The tabs above group reviews by product family. Every review, including the critical ones, is on our Trustpilot page.

Product pages show reviews about that particular product, gathered from Trustpilot, Google and YouTube, so you can read what owners of the tool you are looking at have said. Some customers prefer to leave a Google review or talk about our tools in their own YouTube videos instead of using Trustpilot; when those are about a specific product, they can appear on its page too.

Leaving a review

If you use one of our products, you can review it on Trustpilot. The reviews other traders find most useful say which product you use, how you use it (for example how many prop firm accounts you copy to, or which instrument and chart type you trade), what problem it solved, and what you would like to see improved.

What happens when a review describes a problem?

We read every review. When one describes a bug or a confusing setting, we reply on Trustpilot and look into it; customer feedback, reviews included, decides much of what goes into each new version. When the problem lies with NinjaTrader itself or with a prop firm's rules, our reply points to where it can be fixed.

Where else can I check a product before buying?

Each product page lists the features, requirements and common questions for that product, and many include a video overview. If you are not sure a product fits your setup, ask us in chat before you buy; we would rather tell you it is the wrong tool than sell it to you.

Reading reviews well

Look for reviews from traders whose setup is close to yours, check the date, since our products are updated often, and read a few critical reviews along with the positive ones. Reviews describe individual experiences and are not a promise of results.
