Terms and Conditions

The terms you agree to when you buy, or start a free trial or free download, from Affordable Indicators.

These terms apply to every purchase, free trial and free download from Affordable Indicators, Inc. (“we”, “us”). You agree to them when you place an order (by ticking the Terms box at checkout, or by paying with an Express Checkout button that says so), when you create an account, or when you accept a free trial or free download on our website. Please read them before you buy, and contact us with any questions.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every software purchase made on or after October 7, 2026 is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product does not work as advertised and we cannot fix it, you get your money back. Here is how it works:

  1. Report the problem within 30 days of your purchase. Use live chat, email support@affordableindicators.com, or our Contact page. Tell us your order number, the product, and what is not working.
  2. Give us 14 days to resolve it. Before a refund is granted, we get up to 14 days from your report to get the product working as advertised. Most problems come down to a setting or a setup step and are fixed much sooner. Please reply to our questions, send any details or log files we ask for, and install any fix we send. If we are waiting on you, the 14 days pause until you reply.
  3. If we cannot resolve it within those 14 days, you get a full refund of the amount you paid for that product, back to your original payment method (your bank or PayPal may take a few business days to show it). If you reported the problem within the 30 days, you stay covered until our 14 days are up, even if that runs past day 30.

“Not working as advertised” means the product does not do what its product page says it does, on a setup that meets the requirements listed for that product. It is about what the software does, never about trading results: a product that works as described is working as advertised even if trades placed with it lose money.

When a purchase is refunded, your license for that product ends and the software must be removed from your computers. An upgrade or an extra-computer license is its own purchase, with its own 30 days.

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Change of mind, or a product you no longer need. If you are unsure whether a product fits your setup, contact us before you buy, or try it first where a free trial is offered.
  • Problems first reported more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Problems caused by a setup that does not meet the product’s listed requirements, by other add-ons or software whose own design conflicts with ours (a conflict caused by our product is covered), or by a broker’s or prop firm’s own rules and restrictions.
  • Trading losses or any other losses on any account (see No Refunds for Trading Losses).
  • A second refund for the same product (for example, buying a product again after it was refunded).
  • Custom programming work, which is covered by our Programming Terms of Service, and booked support sessions, which are not refundable once booked (if you cannot make your session, contact us before it starts and we will move it).

Purchases made before October 7, 2026 are covered by the terms in effect when they were made. The guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law (see Warranty and Liability).

Instant access (EU and UK customers). Our software is digital content that we make available as soon as your payment is confirmed. By placing an order you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it has been made available to you. This does not affect the money-back guarantee or your rights if the software is faulty.

No Refunds for Trading Losses

The money-back guarantee covers the price you paid for our software, and nothing else. We do not refund, reimburse or compensate any losses on any account, whether live, funded, evaluation, prop firm or simulated, and whether during a free trial, with a free product or with a paid license. That includes losses caused by trade copier issues, software bugs or errors, disconnections, data or order-routing problems, NinjaTrader, broker or prop firm platform issues, your computer or internet connection, or how the software was set up. It covers trading losses, missed or lost profits, slippage, commissions and fees, prop firm evaluation, reset or activation fees, and accounts that were breached, failed or closed.

You are responsible for monitoring your accounts, positions and orders whenever you use our software. We strongly recommend testing every product on a simulation account before using it with real money.

Free Trials and Free Downloads

  • These terms, including the license terms below and the trading losses section above, apply to free trials and free downloads. You agree to them when you accept one on our website.
  • Free trials do not require a credit card. A trial ends automatically when its trial period is over and never turns into a paid purchase on its own.
  • Free trials and free products are not purchases, so the money-back guarantee does not apply to them. It applies to a license you buy afterwards, counted from the date of that order.
  • We may limit trials (for example, one per person or per computer, and none for a product you have been refunded for) and may end a trial that is misused.

Licenses and Purchases

  • Software purchases are a one-time payment for a lifetime license, with free future updates.
  • Product licenses can only be used on the purchaser’s own computer or computers, up to the number of computers the license includes.
  • Licenses cannot be shared, transferred, given away or resold.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer our software.
  • We may deactivate a license that is used in breach of these terms, without a refund.

Compatibility

Our products are built for NinjaTrader 8, and each product page lists its requirements. If a NinjaTrader update stops a product working within your 30 days, the money-back guarantee applies as usual. After that, we cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions of NinjaTrader or with other third-party software.

Trading Risk

Futures and forex trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You could lose all of, or more than, your initial investment. Only risk capital should be used for trading. Past performance, including hypothetical or simulated results, is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Our software is a tool for placing and managing your own trades. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing on our website is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Testimonials may not be representative of other customers’ experience and do not guarantee future results.

Warranty and Liability

Apart from the money-back guarantee above, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our software, website and licensing servers are provided “as is”, without other warranties, and we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, trading losses or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Apart from the rights described below, the money-back guarantee is your only remedy for a product that does not work as advertised.

Your rights under consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by contract, such as statutory rights for faulty digital content in the UK, the EU or Australia. The money-back guarantee is in addition to those rights. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

  • Custom programming work is covered by our Programming Terms of Service.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
  • You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy. We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts that breach these terms.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you make a purchase, or accept a free trial or free download, applies to it.
