How to Connect Tradeify to NinjaTrader (Rithmic)
Tradeify does have a Rithmic route, but NinjaTrader has no built-in Tradeify entry — so unlike Apex or Bulenox, there is nothing to select in the System list until one is added.
Tradeify needs its connection settings entered, and NinjaTrader Desktop connects one Rithmic connection at a time either way.
What you need before you start
- NinjaTrader Desktop 8, current version. If you have no NinjaTrader account yet you can still download the platform without one.
- Your Rithmic credentials from Tradeify — the Rithmic username and password Tradeify issues for the account. If your Tradeify account was set up on Tradovate instead, there are no Rithmic credentials and you want the Tradovate guide.
Connecting Tradeify to NinjaTrader

Step 1
Get your Rithmic credentials from Tradeify
Check your Tradeify dashboard first. Tradeify issues most NinjaTrader accounts on Tradovate, and if what you have is a Tradovate username and password, stop here and use the Tradeify Tradovate guide instead — it is simpler and has no connection limit. If Tradeify has issued you Rithmic credentials, copy them exactly, including case.

Step 2
Download the NinjaTrader Desktop platform
Make sure you have the current version of NinjaTrader Desktop, installed from your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard. If you do not have a NinjaTrader username and cannot sign in to the dashboard, NinjaTrader documents how to download NinjaTrader Desktop without a NinjaTrader Brokerage account. You do not need to pay for a licence to trade a prop account.

Add the Tradeify entry to NinjaTrader
Stock NinjaTrader has no Tradeify entry and no way to type one in. Install Unlimited Prop Firm Connections and pick Tradeify from its firm list. It fills in the connection settings for you, so Tradeify appears in the System dropdown alongside NinjaTrader's own built-in entries.
Because the result is Tradeify's own system entry rather than a shared Rithmic Paper Trading one, it can also stay connected next to your other firms.

Step 4
Enable Multi-Provider
Multi-Provider is what lets NinjaTrader hold a prop firm connection alongside anything else, and it is not enabled by default on a new install. Log in to NinjaTrader Desktop with your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard username and password, then go to Tools > Settings > General and tick Multi-provider.
Restart the platform. The Configure button then appears on the Control Center > Connections menu, which is where the Tradeify connection gets created.

Add the Rithmic connection
Select Configure on the Connections tab. In the Available list, double-click Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage, or select it and click Add. Once it appears under Configured you can edit its connection properties on the right.

Enter your credentials and choose Tradeify
Paste your Tradeify Rithmic username and password, then set System to Tradeify — the entry added in the previous step. Name the connection Tradeify and click OK.

Select your new connection
Finally, go to Control Center > Connections and pick the connection you just created. A green indicator at the bottom left means you are connected, and your Tradeify account appears under the Accounts tab within a few seconds.
If it will not connect
- Tradeify is not in the System list. The entry has not been added. Stock NinjaTrader has no Tradeify entry and no field to type one into.
- Login failed with a right-looking username. You are probably holding Tradovate credentials. Those authenticate against the NinjaTrader connection type, not a Rithmic one.
- Connected but no account appears. Tradeify has not enabled the data entitlement for that account yet.
