Programming Terms of Service

Standard procedures and policies for custom NinjaScript projects.

Please review the following terms of service before submitting a programming quote request. If anything is unclear, feel free to reach out via the chat button on any page — we're happy to answer questions before you commit to a project.

Refund Policy

All custom programming invoices are non-refundable. If you are unclear about anything related to your project, please ask questions before paying the invoice.

Payment Method

We send invoices via PayPal, which is compatible with almost any other form of payment.

Open Source Code Delivery

For smaller projects around $960 or less, payment is required in advance to begin working. For more advanced projects, payment in increments is acceptable, with a complete payment upon completion prior to code delivery.

Bug Fixes

We use strict programming and testing methods. Our work is guaranteed for one year underneath this policy.

Compatibility & Non-Disclosure

We cannot guarantee compatibility of our work with future versions of NinjaTrader. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement if one is provided.
