Does the code expire?
No โ the LIFE code is always valid and has no expiration date.
What products does it apply to?
The code applies to all products. When a product is already on sale for 20% or more, its sale price is lower, so the code adds nothing to it.
Can I combine it with a sale price?
No. The code takes 20% off the regular price, and you pay whichever is lower: that price or the sale price. Check our Promotions page for the best current offer โ the better deal always wins.
Where do I enter the code?
Enter it in the coupon field on the Cart page before proceeding to checkout.

Is LIFE a NinjaTrader discount code?
No. LIFE is our code for our own add-ons for NinjaTrader Desktop. It does not change the price of NinjaTrader's platform license, market data or brokerage fees, which come from NinjaTrader and your broker.
I entered the code but my total did not change. Why?
Usually because the items in your cart are already on sale for at least as much as the code takes off, so the sale price is already the better deal. Also check that you clicked Apply after typing the code and that it appears under your cart totals.
Does the code work on bundles?
Yes, it applies to all products. Bundles are often already priced below the separate products, so compare the bundle price with the code against buying items one by one.
Do you have codes for other companies' products?
No. We only offer codes for our own products. For prop firm evaluations, our prop firm discounts page lists the codes each firm publishes on its own website.
Do I get less with a discount?
No. A discounted purchase is the same lifetime license, with the same updates and support, as one at the regular price.
What is the difference between a sale and the code?
A sale lowers the price of particular products for a limited time, and the lower price shows without any code. The LIFE code takes 20% off the regular price of any product, at any time, once you enter it in your cart. When both apply to the same product, you simply get the lower of the two prices.
Where can I see that the code worked?
After you click Apply, the cart shows the code as a separate line in the totals, with the amount it took off. If that line is not there, the code was not applied.
Which product should I use it on?
The code is worth most on products that are not on sale. Check the Promotions page first, buy sale items at their sale price, and use the code on the rest.
Does it work on the trade copier?
Yes. Like every product, the trade copier and the Accounts Dashboard Suite take the code, unless their sale price is already lower.
Can I apply the code to an order I already placed?
No. The code applies at checkout to the order you are placing; it does not change past orders. If you have a question about a recent order, contact us in the chat.
