About Enhanced Chart Trader
The Enhanced Chart Trader replaces the standard NinjaTrader Chart Trader with a panel built for faster, more precise order entry from a chart window. It is modular: start with the base tools and add only the order types you need.
Basic Chart Trader Tools is the most affordable way in, and it lets you trade from a chart on the free edition of NinjaTrader. Essential Chart Trader Tools adds smarter order entry, ATM strategy planning and position sizing. Modules then add specific entry and exit methods: Bracket Entry Orders for one click OCO entries in either direction, Close Bar and Signal Entry Orders that act at the close of a bar, Limit If Touched, Price Based, Iceberg and Time Sliced orders, Order Flow Entry Orders that trigger from NinjaTrader Volumetric bars, and Advanced Exit Orders Management for switching trailing stop methods on the fly. What is the difference between Basic and Essential?
Basic adds click entry buttons and lets you trade from a chart on the free edition of NinjaTrader. Essential adds one click entry, ATM strategy quick select, and position sizing with a maximum contract limit.
What is an OCO bracket entry?
OCO means one cancels other: a buy stop above the market and a sell stop below it. Whichever side the market breaks to fills, and the other order is canceled. Bracket Entry Orders places both with one click.
Does it work with ATM strategies?
Yes. Essential Chart Trader Tools includes ATM strategy planning and quick selection from the chart.
How do I install it?
Like any NinjaTrader add-on: download it from NinjaScript Downloads in the Members Area, then in NinjaTrader choose Tools, Import, NinjaScript Add-On and select the file you downloaded.
