What is included in the Enhanced Chart Trader Suite for NinjaTrader 8?
The Enhanced Chart Trader Suite (차트 트레이더 프로) bundles two Enhanced Chart Trader products: Essential Chart Trader Tools and Bracket Entry Orders. Essential adds position sizing, a risk/reward display, one click entry, ATM Strategy Quick Select buttons, ATM Strategy Planning, a Close Partial button and on-chart market depth. Bracket Entry Orders adds entries in both directions. The Basic Chart Trader Tools are included too.
Can I size my position automatically from my ATM stop in NinjaTrader?
Yes. With Position Sizing on, Essential Chart Trader Tools sets the entry quantity from the risk you choose divided by the stop distance in the selected ATM strategy. Risk can be a fixed dollar amount or a percent of the account, and a minimum and maximum quantity clamp the result. A tighter stop gives more contracts and a wider stop gives fewer.
How do I place a buy stop and a sell stop at the same time in NinjaTrader?
Bracket Entry Orders places a one-click OCO bracket: a buy order above the market and a sell order below it at the same time, so you enter whichever way price breaks. When one side fills, the other is cancelled automatically, and you can cancel the whole bracket before anything fills. Traders use it on evaluation accounts to catch a fast move in either direction.
Can I plan my stop and target on the chart before I enter a trade?
Yes. ATM Strategy Planning draws your entry, profit target and stop loss on the chart before you place the order, using your preset ATM strategy as the starting point. You can move the target and stop before entering, and adjust them on live pending orders. With the risk/reward feature, targets stay at your chosen ratio as you move the stop.
Does the Enhanced Chart Trader Suite work with prop firm accounts?
Yes. The suite installs into NinjaTrader Desktop (NinjaTrader 8) and trades the account you select on the Chart Trader, including prop firm evaluation and funded accounts that connect to NinjaTrader. Essential Chart Trader Tools can also require an ATM strategy before any entry, so no entry goes out without an ATM strategy selected, and it can enforce a maximum number of contracts.
How is the suite different from buying the tools separately?
The suite puts Essential Chart Trader Tools and Bracket Entry Orders in one package at one bundle price, instead of buying each Enhanced Chart Trader module on its own. Both run in the same Enhanced Chart Trader panel on your NinjaTrader 8 chart, and the Basic Chart Trader Tools, which replace the standard NinjaTrader Chart Trader, are included.
Does it work with NinjaTrader 8.0.28.0?
Yes.
