If your credit card payment fails or you’re experiencing issues with PayPal during checkout, don’t worry, you don’t need to re-add products to your cart or recreate your order.
How to Complete a Failed Payment
-
Go to the Members Area – Order History page:
Members Area Order History page: https://affordableindicators.com/members-area/orders/ -
In the Actions column, click the ‘PAY’ button next to your order.
-
This will allow you to complete your payment without starting a new order.
-
If you’re having trouble with your credit card, try selecting “PayPal” as the payment method. Note: You can pay through PayPal without creating a PayPal account.
Credit Card Payments
We prefer credit card payments; however, they may occasionally fail for security reasons. One common issue is an address mismatch, if the billing address you enter doesn’t match what your bank has on file, the payment might be declined.
To update your billing address, visit:
Update your billing address in the Members Area: https://affordableindicators.com/members-area/edit-address/billing/
Click ‘SAVE ADDRESS’ after making changes.
If the issue persists, please contact your credit card provider for more information.
PayPal Payments
You don’t need a PayPal account to use PayPal as a payment method. You can still pay with your credit card through PayPal’s secure portal.
Additionally, PayPal may offer payment plans or 0% financing options, which can be useful if you’re looking for flexibility.
By following the steps above, you can quickly resolve payment issues and complete your purchase without starting over.
Common reasons a card payment is declined
- Billing address or ZIP code mismatch. The address must match what your bank has on file, as explained above.
- Your bank blocked the charge. Banks sometimes hold online or international payments as a security check. Approve the charge in your banking app or call the number on the back of your card, then click PAY on the order again.
- Card details. Check the expiry date and the security code (CVC) on the card.
- Card limits. A daily limit or available balance can stop a larger purchase.
Tips to avoid problems
- Do not place several new orders. Use the PAY button on your existing order in Order History instead. This avoids duplicate orders and duplicate charges.
- Check your email. Once a payment goes through, the order is completed and your software appears on the NinjaScript Downloads page in the Members Area. See where to find your downloads.
- Still stuck? Message us through the help chat in the lower-right corner of the website with your order number and the error message you saw, and we will help you finish the purchase.
